Mom: "Hunter what are you going to ask Santa for for Christmas?"
Hunter: "um....I think a little brother!"
Mom: "Honey Santa doesn't bring brothers."
Hunter: "Then who do I need to ask?"

Where does he come up with this stuff?

Pumpkin Carving

pretty self explanatory

Proud Mom Moment

My Mom, Sister and I went to the paper store the other day. They have a play area, and so I sent Hunter back there so I could find some paper in peace. My mom went back to check on him and he had asked another little boy if he wanted to play with him. The other Boy said yes, so Hunter knelt down at the little table and started to say a prayer. When he got up he told us they were playing Sacrament. It was so cute. I am so proud of him. He is turning into such an amazing loving little boy.

Five months later....

HOLY CRAP! Where to start. I'm going to post a quick run down on what happened during the summer months. In June Hunter and I went with both his Grandmas, my two sisters and little niece to California. It was a lot of first for Hunter. We had a ton of fun!
It was Hunters first trip on an airplane. He has been obsessed with airplanes and was so excited to fly on one.
My two youngest step sisters live in Cali with their mom, so we got to spend the week with them. It was a blast to hang out with them. Hunter has only seen them together once, so he was a little confused as to why there were two of them, and why both their names weren't Lourtney. Our first day there we went to the beach. It was Hunters fist trip to the ocean, and he couldn't get enough of the water or the sand.

The next few days we spent at Disneyland. This was another first for Hunter. He loved most the rides, but went on them all. He was tall enough for every ride at Disneyland and most at California adventure. His favorite character was Goofy. He was so excited to meet. We had such a great time at Disneyland, I've already started saving my money so we can go back in the spring!

We have a family reunion every year with my Tye family. We go camping in the Uintas. This year Hunter got to go fishing. He caught, cooked, and ate his very first fish. He was so excited to have caught the fish, but did not want to touch it. I can't say I blame him, I didn't really want to touch it either. So we owe a big thanks to my cousin Thayne who saved both Hunter and I from having to touch a slimy gross fish!
